Thank you for participating. As you may know, you have been invited to participate in a multi-rater evaluation. Your name has been submitted to our developmental assessment system for one (or both) of the following reasons:
* You are about to initiate your own developmental journey. * You are supporting another person's developmental journey.
Once you log in to the system by using your user name and password (which was supplied to you in a separate e-mail), you will see which portions of the developmental assessment process you have been requested to complete.
If you are initiating your own developmental journey, you will need to complete "self-assessment." You may also need to complete a “feedback roster” if you have not yet submitted one to the Corporate Psychological Resource Center. In either case, the steps and instructions will be provided on the screen.
If you are completing an evaluation for a coworker or another business partner, the system will walk you through the process.
